主要职责：
1. make master plan based on sales forecasts
基于销售预测制定主产能计划。
2. make workload for each cost center based on order.
基于订单为每个成本中心制定计划。
3. production capacity analyzation and identify key bottlenecks and risks
生产产能分析并识别风险和瓶颈
4. Confers with production supervisors to determine status of assigned projects and to resolve problems affecting production schedules.
与生产主管协商确定所分配项目的状态，并解决影响生产进度的问题
5. make planning report and analysis data to provide recommendations for improvement.
分析数据并制定计划报告以提供改善建议。
6. Develop workflow based on control plan within the Navsion system
制定基于系统内控制计划的流程
个人能力：精通Excel优秀的数据分析能力。
2. Familiar with ERP system. (e.g. Navision, MS Dynamics or other ERP
System.)
熟悉ERP系统。(如Navision, MS Dynamics或其他erp系统)
3. English: fluent in reading, writing, speaking communication. German is plus
英语:读、写、说流利。
4. Capable of fast self-learning 具备快速的自学能力
5. Proactive problem solving 主动解决问题
6. Excellent communication skills. 优秀的沟通能力
7. Team working, knowledge sharing and result oriented
