岗位职责:
1、支持自动化仓库上线项目。
Support Automatic Warehouse Launch Project:
作为关键用户（KU）参与自动化仓库建设项目，编制用户需求规范（URS），参与设备/软件安装、调试、验证及验收，确保按时交付及后续业务端维护。
Serve as Key User (KU) for automated warehouse setup project, draft URS (User Requirements Specification), participate in installation, commissioning, validation, and acceptance of equipment/software, ensuring project on time delivery.
2、自动化仓库日常运营支持Support Daily Operation of Automatic Warehouse:
处理用户反馈的软硬件问题，通过快速响应机制保障业务连续性。
Solve user-reported hardware/software issues, ensure business continuity through rapid response.
3、规程制定与培训Related SOP Development & Training:
编写自动化系统操作及管理规程，组织用户培训。
Draft operational and management procedures for automated systems, organize user training.
4、库容管理Storage Capacity Management:
制定库容管理流程，实时监控库存水平，针对高库容情况启动应对措施。
Establish storage capacity management protocols, monitor real-time inventory level, and trigger actions for high inventory loading.
5、监控体系建设Monitor System Development:
定义并建立自动化仓库日常运营指标体系，实施实时监控，制定干预策略以保障运营效率。
Define and establish daily operational KPIs for automated warehouses, implement real-time monitoring, and develop intervention strategies to ensure operational efficiency.
6、数据可视化与报表开发Data Visualization & Reporting:
主导运营数据看板与报表的设计与迭代，提升数据可视化水平以支持管理层决策。
Lead the design and iteration of operational dashboards and reports, enhance data visualization to support management decisions.
7、运营数据分析与改进Operational Data Analysis & Improvement:
分析仓储数据发现低效环节，制定可落地方案并监督工程及供应商实施。
Analyze warehouse data to uncover inefficiencies, propose feasible solutions, and facilitate the execution with engineering and vendor teams.
8、支持主管安排的其他工作及事项。

任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、物流工程、工业工程、计算机应用相关等理工科专业。
Bachelor
s degree or above，Major in a related field such as Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Applications.
2、良好的英文听说读写能力，可作为工作语言
Good English communicating skills, which can be as work language.
3、10年以上仓储物流规划及运作管理经验，5年以上制药供应链与自动化仓储行业经验。
10+ years in warehouse logistics planning and operations management, with 5+ years in pharmaceutical supply chain and automated warehouse industry.
4、熟悉主流自动化设备（如高速分拣、立体库、输送线、AGV/AMR、自动化识别）。
Familiarity with mainstream automated equipment (e.g., high-speed sorting, AS/RS, conveyors, AGV/AMR, automated identification).
5、精通GMP仓储相关确认及验证流程。
Proficient in GMP-related validation processes for warehouse operations.
6、熟悉WMS/WCS系统原理、接口集成逻辑及自动库故障排查方法。
Understand WMS/WCS principles, interface integration logic, and troubleshooting for automated warehouse.
7、作为核心成员主导或参与≥2个AS/RS或AGV/AMR项目，或≥1个大型智能仓储集成项目全周期交付。
Led or participated in ≥2 AS/RS or AGV/AMR projects as core team member, or ≥1 large-scale smart warehouse integration project from inception to delivery.
8、具备立库布局规划、物流流程设计、设备选型（AGV/AMR、堆垛机、穿梭车）及WMS/WCS集成经验者优先。
Priority given to candidates with experience in layout planning, logistics flow design, equipment selection (AGV/AMR, stacker cranes, shuttle cars), and WMS/WCS integration.
9、出色的项目统筹能力，熟练运用项目管理工具（如MS Project、甘特图）跟踪进度、协调跨部门协作。
Strong project coordination skills, proficient with management tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt Chart) to track progress, manage cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure solution implementation.
