1. EHS
- Follow company EHS procedure

- Supervise the project supplier for safety

- Do the risk analysis for the equipment, prepare the equipment safety WI

2. Lead new equipment mechanical installation in Havana project
在Havana 项目中领导新设备的机械安装
- Follow up and check the MEPI’s work Progress and quality, support the new
equipment commissioning
- 跟踪和检查机电安装总包的工作进度和质量，支持新设备的调试
- Build up the know-how of new equipments for training and daily work
- 建立新设备的知识体系用于培训和日常工作
- Work out preventive maintenance plan for the new equipments
- 制定新设备的预防性维护计划
- Prepare training document of the new equipments
- 准备新设备的培训文件
- Responsible for regular EHS equipment checking and maintenance
- 负责设备常规的安全检查和维护
- Participate the future technical revamp
- 参与将来的技术改造
3. Lead mechanical TPM in production
带领生产的机械全员生产维护
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, analyse failures and make
suggestions to prevent reoccurrence
- 处理和修理设备故障，分析故障，提出改进建议防止故障的重复发生
- Maintain and continually improve performance of the above in conjunction with
process control and production departments
- 和工艺，生产保持配合，持续改进设备效率
- Implement the TPM work and preventive maintenance work
- 执行定期维护计划工作
4. MRO spare parts management
备品备件的管理和工具库的管理
- Build the mechanical spare parts master data
- 建立机械备件的主数据
- Responsible for the MRO stock availability
- 负责备件的库存可用

职位要求
1. College degree in mechanical Engineering related
大专以上学历，机械工程相关专业
2. More than 10 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance and preventative maintenance.
10 年以上机械维护和预防性维护工作经验
3. At least have 5 years’ maintenance experience in chemical or hydrometallurgical plant
至少5 年以上化工或者冶金行业维护经验
4. Rich experiences in different device for reactor, filter press, vacuum dryer, pump and valve
对于不同的设备，如反应器，压滤机，真空干燥机，泵，阀门有丰富的维护经验
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills in reactor, filter press, vacuum dryer, pump
and valve

6. Chemical safety training courses preferable
