主要工作内容：对接Global团队，对SAP系统FICO模块流程进行优化，将各个Site的财务流程进行标准化（英语需作为工作语言）
Purpose of the job
Together with Excellence team and GPO’s, analyze end-to-end process performance, convert operational needs to system or process improvement proposal. Support projects realization and operational issues resolution by coordinating GFS and relevant stakeholders’ resource, providing process & technical insight. Contribute to GFS APAC efficiency growth.Starting from PTP process.
Main responsibilities：
Process analyzation through hands-on
• Participate GFS APAC operation and understand process execution, control, analysis, and reporting activities.
• Analyze existing processes and propose improvement opportunities for further evaluation.
Operational efficiency support
• Provide 1st line operational support. When know-how questions, provide answer following process standard, liaising with GPO or GFS internally. When system issue, assign ticket to right contact and monitor progress per priority.
• Support GFS APAC to enhance documentation and capitalize experience from
operational issue resolution, further improve efficiency in future.
Project support
• Support global projects deployment in GFS APAC, or GFS APAC projects, by
providing process insight and structuring local requirement to project team, explaining process & technical change to local team, facilitating user testing and go-live hyper care
Requirements profile
Education:
• University degree of Bachelor, with a focus on Finance (Accounting or Controlling), Economics, IT, Computer Science, Digitalization, or with a strong focus on digital technology enablement for finance processes.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a shared service center.
Technical skills:
• Experience in a highly IT driven environment.
• Very profound knowledge of ERP tools, especially SAP FICO.
• Experience with reporting tools
• Experience with new technologies (e.g. robotics)
• English fluently spoken and written, other APAC languages is a plus.
