 Strict adherence to EHS guidelines and practice

 Conduct the research and development of products, technologies and solution which are of superior performance, customer oriented, cost efficient and in accordance with the business and EHS guidelines

 Planning, designing and execute synthetic and formulation routes

 Communicate & report internally research results and project progress in English

 Assist to scale up and plant introduction of new R&T products

 Constantly focus on new way to achieve innovative solutions. Anticipate future trends and has options in mind to enable quick actions. Translate complex data into clear objectives and establish practical action plan

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Education: Master in organic chemistry/Polymeric chemistry

Experiences: Excellent knowledge in chemical synthesis. Preferable 1-3 years working experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge and experience in textile chemicals and textile application is a plus.

Know-how/skills:

- Mandarin and English （CET6，良好的英语听说读写能力）

- Good knowledge in most common computer/chemistry software application like Microsoft Office, Chemdraw, Scifinder/Reaxys,

- Communication & Presentation Skills
