Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new key account clients (industrial/large bakery chains) for pastry ingredients including chocolate, cocoa powder, fruit puree, sugar, butter, and cream.
Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
Build long-term relationships with clients through consultative selling and technical expertise.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, QA) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Location: The position could be based in Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen/Guangzhou/Chongqing/Chengdu, and your sales territory includes the local cities/province eventually to all mainland China.
Requirements:
5+ years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients (Experience in pastry/bakery industry is required).
Proven track record in developing industrial/key accounts (experience with multinational clients is a plus).
Strong technical knowledge of pastry ingredients and applications.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English (written & spoken) for daily communication with GM and international clients.
Ability to travel to different cities as needed.
