1.负责上海及周边区域的业务拓展,包括新客户开发及现有客户关系维护。
Responsible for business development in the designated area, including developing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
2.定期拜访重点客户,建立长期稳定的合作关系,提升客户满意度和复购率。
Regularly visit key clients to establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships, and enhance client satisfaction and repurchase rates.
3.开发、评估和筛选优质经销商合作伙伴。
Develop, evaluate, and select high-quality dealer partners.
4.严格执行公司Salesforce系统管理要求, 确保客户信息、商机进展等数据及时准确录入。
Strictly follow the company's management requirements for the Salesforce system, ensuring that customer information,sales opportunities progress, and other data are entered in a timely and accurate manner.
5.与行业销售紧密合作,完成本岗位关键绩效指标及公司要求的其他工作。
Work closely with industry sales teams to meet key performance indicators (KPI) for this position and fulfill other requirements set by the company.
6.落实公司销售策略,完成个人月度/季度/年度销售指标。
Implement the company's sales strategy and achieve personal monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
任职要求:
1.工业电气自动化或相关专业大学毕业;
Graduated from a university with a major in Industrial Electrical Automation or related fields;
2.5年以上工业自动化或相关领域销售工作经验,要有PLC,HMI销售经验;
Over 5 years of sales experience in industrial automation or a related field, with PLC and HMI sales experience required;
3.一定的英语读写能力;
A certain English reading and writing ability;
4.良好的人际沟通和强烈的工作责任心
Good interpersonal communication and strong sense of work responsibility.
