Key responsibilities/主要职责：

1. Lead project execution after project awarded. Direct and motivate cross-department project teams and keep team members accountable to deliver results within an agreed project governance structure, to ensure customer satisfaction in a shared relationship management with KAM/Sales.
在项目授予后领导项目执行。指导和激励跨部门项目团队，让团队成员负责在商定的项目时间内交付结果，以确保客户满意。

2. Manage project scope and timelines. Define, organize and be responsible for all project communication (Internal), agreed milestones and objectives.
管理项目范围和时间表。定义，组织和负责所有项目沟通（内部），商定的里程碑和目标。

3. Allocate resource across departments for the implementation and continual improvement of the project plan/execution, to achieve each agreed project objectives. Escalate issues if necessary.
跨部门分配资源，以实施和持续改进项目计划/执行，以实现每个商定的项目目标。如有必要，及时向上级反馈问题。

4. Control project scope and in conjunction with KAM/Sales Team, prepare amendments and/or project scope changes.

5. Participation in review of change control and deviation during production campaign and review campaign report.
参与审查生产期间的变更控制和偏差，并审查生产总结报告等。

Key requirements/岗位要求：

1. Master degree, majoring in chemistry/chemical engineering/Medicinal Chemistry or related research area.
硕士学位，化学/化学工程/药物化学或相关研究领域。

2. Proactive and self-motivation, good/excellent communication and good at learning.
积极主动，自我激励，良好/优秀的沟通能力和善于学习。

3. Experience using tools to communicate progress and project management experience is preferably.
有使用项目管理工具，汇报项目进展和项目管理的经验者优先。

4. With good oral and written English is preferably.
具有良好的英语能力者优先。
