Major activities and accountabilities：

1.Accountable for all accounting and financial reporting functions, including voucher & record keeping, month-end closing, internal & external various financial reporting and accounts reconciliations to ensure financial data are reported accurately & timely and it is compliance with FRS and HKFRS Accounting Policies.

2.Perform daily accounts receivable and accounts payable functions；

3.Preparation and analysis of all account reconciliation；

4.Process and prepare various management reports,forecasts and variance analysis;；

5.Participate in maintenance and continuous improvement of accounting systems, including policies, processes and controls;

6.Other administrative duties assigned.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1.Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance；

2.Qualified Accountant with over 3 years of experience in financial analysis/accounting in a MNC；

3.Shipping-related experience are preferred；

4.Strong office-software and accounting software skills；Strong communication skills in English and Chinese；

5.Ability to solve problems independently in a fast paced environment；

6.Strong desire to learn and grow.
