Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:

Act as customer care administrator, support customer care engineers who are onsite. According to the demands from these onsite engineers, coordinate other departments and teammates, supply requested parts, tools and other resources; manage, coordinate and supply user manuals, maintenance handbooks and RSPL lists, etc; support Customer care manager on engineers’ trip plan and other daily works.
作为客户关怀管理员,支持现场客户关怀工程师的工作,根据现场工程师的要求,协调公司其他部门,组织处理现场所需零部件、工量具等物资;管理、协调按时提供交付设备所需操作手册、维保手册、备品备件清单等文件;协助客户关怀经理对工程师的行程进行规划管理,协助客户关怀经理其他要求的日常工作。

• Gather information from onsite engineers, start and manage the process to coordinate other departments and teammates to supply requested parts, tools, software and other needed supports.
• 收集工程师在项目现场的需求,发起流程,组织公司资源为现场提供零部件、工量具、软件及其他服务需求。
• Fulfill the process to handle the request of the after service in warranty period.
• 组织流程满足销售或客户关怀部门对客户设备在质保期内的售后服务需求。
• Fulfill the process to supply manuals, maintenance handbook, RSPL when ship out equipment.
• 组织流程在项目交付时为客户或现场工程师提供操作手册、维保手册、备品备件清单等文件。



Main job tasks 主要工作任务:

Education 教育背景
Bachelor’s degree major in engineering, Mechatronics, machinery, automation, electrics, food industry.
工程、机电、机械、自动化、电子电气、食品工程等大学本科及以上学历。

Familiar with mechanical/electrical/control knowledges.
具有机械、电气、工业控制等方面知识。

Fluent in written and Verbal English.
熟练的英语听说读写技能。

Familiar with MS software, good at self-learning.
熟练使用电脑软件,具备自学能力。


Professional experience 专业经验
Minimum 3 years experience of after sales works.
至少3年售后服务工作经验经验。

Great professional ethics, integrity, cooperative.
良好的职业道德,为人诚恳,具有合作精神。
