Description Summary

As this role, you
will lead technical support for the manufacturing lines and associates,
sustaining excellence on levels of product quality, compliance and safety
standards. Consistently improve process quality and productivity through the
application of Lean Six Sigma tools, cross-functional efforts and projects.
Interface with global counter-parts to achieve program goals and integrate
global activities when necessary.

Roles& Responsibilities

• Provide
  leadership and coaching for the incoming and outcoming inspection.


• Interface
  with global product quality team and driven product quality.


• Interface
  with global team to drive Quality improvement projects


• Improvements
  that minimize the Costs of Quality.


• Participate
  in effort to reduce scrap and rework costs, and to identify root causes
  and solutions for quality defects.


• Conduct
  root cause analysis on product quality issues, identify trends, and
  communicate with counterparts for resolution.


• Ensure
  the meaningful and timely resolution of corrective actions and complaints.


• To resolve
  manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes etc.



Qualifications/ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical
engineering or electrical engineering and automation engineering.




·
English
capability: CET4 and above.




·
Demonstrated understanding or aptitude to understand Medical Device quality system requirements and regulatory requirements including but not limited to ISO 13485.




·
Demonstrated understanding of product
development lifecycles, design change and document change control, process verification and validation methodologies, manufacturing / production process control methodologies, and servicing in a medical device environment or Automotive industry.

Demonstrated experience using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.




·
Demonstrated understanding of continuous quality / process improvement tools




·
Ability to communicate using English (or local language)
