职位描述：
Applies preventive quality methods aimed at risk minimization to achieve supplier and component quality performance continuous improvement

Supplier quality engineer is mainly responsible for managing stator & rotor/ core and insulation material to ensure product quality, testing and reliability of the entire Product lifecycle.
供应商质量工程师主要负责管理定转子/铁芯/绝缘材料，确保量产产品质量、测试和整个产品生命周期的可靠性。
Implements specified qualification measures（ Audit, testing, FAI, etc.) to achieve supplier and component qualification for business requirements
执行具体的质量认证措施（审核， 测试， 首件报告等)， 完成供应商和元件的放行满足业务需求
Responsible for sample incoming inspection.
负责样品来料检验工作。
Organizing and participates in quality meetings with suppliers.
组织和参与供应商质量会议
Monitor the quality performance of suppliers and drive their continuous improvement.
监控供应商的质量表现，并推动供应商持续改进。
Regularly conduct supplier audits and change management, to identify non conformities and potential risks in supplier processes and quality systems, such as VDA6.3.
定期进行供应商审核和变更管理，辨识供应商过程及质量系统上不符合点及潜在风险，如VDA6.3。
Collaborates in the creation of material technical specifications and production support.
与技术部门合作制定材料技术规范并支持生产。
Support R&D and procurement departments in cost reduction projects and new supplier development.
支持研发及采购部门降本项目及新供应商开发。
职位要求：
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Welding, insulation material or related fields.
大学本科及以上学历，机械工程，焊接，绝缘材料等相关专业。
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with SQE position and supplier audit, experience, stator & rotor/core/insulation material manufacturing, work experience is preferred.
5年以上相关工作经验，有SQE岗位经历和供应商审核经验，定转子/铁芯/绝缘材料工作经验优先。
Quality management tool(e.g. 8D,FMEA, APQP) ，CIP methods
质量管理工具（如8D, FMEA, APQP），持续改进方法
Having IWE and VDA6.3 and ISO9001 certificates is preferred.
有IWE、VDA6.3及ISO9001证书优先。
English can be used as the Working language for communication.
英语可作为工作语言交流。
Have good communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
