工作内容：
1. DFIG & Mid Speed generator mechanical structure FEM & welding seam calculation, including lifting, shrunk fit, short circuit load case (housing, end shield, shaft etc.)
2. Mechanical structural components optimization, cost down & weight reduction
3. Mechanical components design & drawing, including housing, end shield
4. Quality & CS technical support by FEM or other mechanical calculation method
岗位要求：
1. Large motor or wind generator structural knowledge
2. Professional knowledge in using ANSYS structural & familiar with FKM guideline for fatigue calculation
3. Shaft calculation method by M design or other tools
4. Professional in using NX
5. Advanced English level
6. NVH knowledge is preferred
