Responsibility:
-Establish maintain and keep EHS management system, continuously improve EHS management system in order to reach world class EHS management requirement建立维护并保持FLC的EHS管理体系，不断完善EHS管理体系以达到世界级EHS管理体系要求
-Organize annual internal audit base on ISO 45001 and ISO 14001， drive all department to take action and improve all weak point in EHS management system 按照环境管理体系和职业健康管理体系组织公司年度EHS 内部审计，做好协调工作并顺利开，以及完成发现的整改。
-Conduct daily, monthly and routine EHS inspection on site. Drive all department to take action to eliminate risks 开展日常安全检查，推动其他部门采取措施消除安全隐患
-As safety professional expert, lead safety engineers and group to facilitate and drive continuously improvement for safety performance作为安全技术专家， 带领公司安全工程师，推进公司安全生产绩效的持续提升
-Establish and improve FLC Emergency response plan Organize kind of drill and make reports as audit material, such as fire, explosion, earthquake, typhoon drill etc.
建立健全公司的应急响应流程，制定年度演习计划，组织实施公司整体演习，演习包括火灾爆炸、化学品泄漏、有限空间作业等。
-Carry out 3-level safety training for the newcomers, as well as deliver the routine EHS training, keep training records，
组织实施新员工的EHS 三级培训，提供员工日常安全培训，保持有效的培训记录。
-Establish the program for machining guarding， lifting safety safety， dangerous chemical management, as well as driving and monitoring the implementation for related program 建立并持续改进关于机械安全，起重安全，热处理安全，危险化学品使用安全等与FLC相关的管理要求，并监督现场的实施情况，不断推进并落实这些要求
-Conduct contract on site audit tracking improvement actions and impact contractors on EHS portion to promote EHS performance of contractors 对于相关方，如承包商进行EHS审核，并不断对承包商施加影响，以提升其EHS绩效
-Response government and customer audit 负责政府部门及客户的现场检查及审核应对工作
-make sure dangerous chemicals management is in line with laws and other regulations.
确保危险化学品和危险废物管理符合国家法律法规的规定。
-Seriously implement position operational rules, ensure product meet safety requirements based on national and local related laws and regulations, Siemens headquarters and SMDT’ procedures.
严格执行岗位操作规定，确保产品根据国家和本地法律法规、弗兰德集团和FLC文件的规定来满足产品安全要求。
-Lead EHS project to eliminate risks, promote performance of environment and reduce occupational health factor
独立协调或者管理项目来消除安全风险，提高环保绩效，减少职业危害因素
-Study well on operational instruction for own post. Follow the EHS related requirement, classify rubbish well. Do well in 5S and reduce 7 wastes. Live up to 3 NO HARM: Not to harm self, Not to harm others, Not to be harmed.
认真学习本岗位相关作业指导书，遵守公司EHS相关制度，垃圾正确分类，做好5S和减少7大浪费。做到三不伤害：不伤害自己，不伤害他人，不被他人伤害。
Qualification:
-Above 1o years experience of safety management in manufactory international company or large state-owned enterprise10年以上制造类型外资企业或者大型国有企业安全管理经验
-Familiar with ISO14001 and ISO45001 system, and have experience of establishment the above system .熟悉ISO14001和ISO 45001体系,并有建立体系的经验
-Familiar with state law and regulation of EHS, keep good skill of making relationship with other people. 熟悉EHS相关的国家和地方法律法规及其他要求，良好的沟通与人际交往能力
-National Certified Safety Engineer is Preferred 国家注册安全工程师优先
-Driving or leading EHS improvement project experience 具有独立推动或领导EHS改进项目的经验
