Responsibilities/工作内容：
Reference Lab Procedures and equipment instruction to do prepare samples for all kind of test and inspection include samples cutting, grinding, mounting, polishing , etching, etc. by all Lab equipments and tools . ensure finishing test within inspection timeline. / 参阅实验室程序文件和设备说明对用来做各种测试的样品做准备和检测，包括对样块通过使用实验室的各种设备和工具进行的切，磨，镶嵌，抛光，腐蚀等。确保在检测时限内完成检测。
Analyses test results, report the result to HT technology Engineer or HT technology Supervisor if abnormal. /
分析测试结果，将异常情况汇报给热处理技术工程师或主管。
Ensures proper documentation of all test procedures, findings and results, and files the respective protocols. /
确保所有测试过程、发现及结果、各自的条款文档留存。
Upload the data to QKD system.
上传检测数据到质量系统。
Help and support heat treatment Engineer to arrange &perform special or urgent inspection job.Be able to analysis heat treatment result. /
帮助和支持热处理工程师安排&执行特殊或紧急的检测工作，并能够分析热处理结果。
Support technology process project,cut the product given by engineer and test the carburized depth.
支持工艺链项目，定期切割工程师定义的工件并检测实际渗层深度。
Keep laboratory equipment operations properlyt. Coordinate and support maintenance people to restore using as soon as possible if some problem happen on our equipments. /
保持实验室设备处于良好状态。一旦设备出现问题，给以维修人员支持和协调。
Qualifications/任职资格：
2 years or above of working experience in heat treatment area. / 两年及以上热处理工作经验
Majored in metal material. / 金属材料相关专业
Colleague Degree or above/大专及以上学历
Can adapt to shift work model/能适应倒班
