1）Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields; prior work experience is preferred.
2） Proficient in electrical design software such as LabView, Eplan, AutoCAD, TIA Portal, and CodeSys.
3）Skilled in electrical schematic design, Python, C/C++ programming, and debugging.
4）Experience with non-standard test benches and other testing equipment is preferred.
5） Strong stress resistance, proactive and responsible work attitude, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
6） Ability to travel on business trips; a driver's license is a plus.
7） Work location: Jinan.
