Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor Security Officers in establishing world class customer service interactions by treating all customer's, guests, and visitors with personal, human-to-human interaction, and dignity
2. Think differently about security operations and how they impact the customer experience. Managers will have an impact on systems, processes, and quality standards which will enhance our exceptional service strategy
3. Managers are accountable for his or her actions, take pride and responsibility in the success of the program, and instill all those around them with the ability to excel in all they do; they must embody a positive attitude
4. Ensure Officers have the correct training and tools to complete their mission; report deficiencies to the customer Regional Security Operations Senior Manager
5. Ensure proper shift alignment and hold Officers accountable for their actions
6. Ensure rapid and safe response to all medical, fire, security, emergencies, and incidents; and ensure a comprehensive report is written documenting all aspects of the incident
7. Manage employee, guest, and visitor comments and complaints with one-touch service. One-touch service means a Manager, Supervisor, and Officer have the autonomy and authority to handle any customer needs
8. Provide management support to local and countrywide sites with regards to security operations
9. Support offices within the country to manage process and deployment of temporary and/or additional security guard force service as requested to support certain event or incident
10. Work in cooperation with SOC Supervisors/Managers to ensure consistency of security operations procedures
11. Support customer Regional Security Operations Senior Manager to manage security operations teams in the region
12. Motivate Officers to create a positive emotional connection with customer's, guests, and visitors
13. Ensure exceptional world-class security experience is consistently delivered
14. Ensure all building utility/service issues are reported as observed and instructed to facilities
15. Interact with a variety of persons including customers, employees, visitors, public safety officials, and emergency responders
16. Act as the Incident Commander during an incident or emergency response until relieved by higher authority
17. Identify theft, safety, and security issues
18. Provide security supervision and support during special events in the country
19. Shall be discreet and maintain strict confidentiality
20. Must maintain composure in handling or diffusing difficult situations
21. Other working assigned by customers and G4S
Required Qualifications:
1)Required minimum of 5 years of work experience in security field, 2-3 years as a leader is preferred
2)Required to be on-call for emergencies and incidents at all hours 24/7/365
3)Required security experience in related industry company environment
4)Required to be well organized and have a keen attention to details
5)Required to have knowledge of security operations and procedures、 supervisory practices and procedures
6)Must have ability to multi-task, maintains composure in handling or diffusing difficult situations
7)Must be able to complete all job duties of the security personnel he/she is supervising
8)Must be able to effectively deal with subordinates and senior level customer and company personnel
9)Must be able to motivate, coach and train
10) Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in both local language and in English
11)Must have excellent computer skills
12)Must demonstrate diplomacy and tact in daily interactions with customers and co-workers
13)Must be able to travel within the country when needed
14)Must be able to adapt and accept new challenges to new security programs initiative time to time
15)Preference for an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in emergency management, criminal justice, or related field; although combination of education and experience may be accepted to fill this requirement
16)Preference for loss prevention experience、medical experience or training (for example Red Cross *** Aider/Responder, etc.)
