Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our R&D IT China team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with data scientists, on developing models and algorithms. The intern will play a critical role in testing new tools, conducting comprehensive literature reviews, and analyzing data to identify research trends and innovation opportunities in areas such as bioinformatics, biomedicine, and AI.

Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with data scientists to understand their challenges and contribute to the development of models and algorithms.
· Test and assess the quality of new analytical tools, providing valuable feedback for improvement.
· Conduct efficient literature retrieval using databases such as PubMed, Google scholar and other relevant scientific journals.
· Organize and synthesize high-value research content from a range of sources across fields like bioinformatics and AI.
· Systematically summarize core findings, extract key data and methodologies, and prepare comprehensive literature review reports to support current and future research projects.
· Regularly track emerging trends in relevant fields and produce precise and informative technical briefings.
· Analyze literature data to identify research trends, technical gaps, and potential innovation opportunities.
· Collaborate with R&D IT China teams to optimize technical solutions by leveraging analytical insights.

Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing a degree in Biology, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
· Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data retrieval and analysis tools.
· Experience with databases like PubMed and NCBI is highly desirable.
· Strong ability to synthesize and organize research content.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
