Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the application and technical support of starch and modified starch in the lab.
2. Assist Department Head to complete the work connection with other departments, provide the
effective internal exchange of skills, technical consultation and service.
3. Assist to manage and maintain the lab and keeping the equipment smooth running.
4. Form the internal files by making the application experiments regularly and share with the team.
5. Focus on the industry status, collect the product information, especially for the new applications of
starch and modified starch.
6. Other tasks assigned by Department Head.
5. Working Location: Shanghai.
1. 负责实验室淀粉和变性淀粉等产品的应用和技术支持工作;
2. 协助上级完成与其它部门的工作对接,提供有效的内部技术交流、技术咨询和服务工作;
3. 协助管理维护实验室及其设备运行;
4. 定期完成相关应用实验与内容的整理,编制成内部文件,并与团队分享;
5. 关注行业动态,收集汇总有关淀粉及变性淀粉相关应用产品信息;
6. 及时完成上级交办的其它工作;
7. 工作地点:上海。
Requirements:
1.Food science and engineering or relevant major, bachelor’s degree or above.
2.3 years technical application or above working experience of bakery products, prefer in bakery
premix experience of research and development or application.
3.Strong learning and practical ability, good at office software.
4.Good working attitude, be honest, self-discipline, positive and self-motivated.
5.Good team work and communication ability, clear logic, be initiative during the daily work.
6.Ability to speak fluent English and good in written.
1.大学本科及以上食品科学与工程或相关专业,;
2.3 年以上烘焙产品应用工作经验,有烘焙预拌粉研发或者应用经验者优先;
3.有责任心,学习能力和动手能力强,熟练使用办公软件;
4.工作态度端正,为人诚实、自律、积极进取;
5.良好的团队意识和沟通表达能力,逻辑清晰,能够主动完成工作;
6.英语读写良好。
