职位描述
岗位职责/Job description:
1. Make reasonable proposals for daily accounting entry and optimize it according to accounting principles and taxation regulations issued by government.
2. Perform financial analysis (Revenue, cost/expense side) of operational outcomes periodically and come up with to-do list to management from financial perspective.
3. Perform financial reports of Headquarters Germany before deadline.
4. Perform price calculation for new products and review margin status for existing products to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
5. Evaluate and adjust deviation between standard cost and actual cost running in the SAP system, controlling these differences to a minimal range.
6. Develop data models for the company's investment activities in daily operations, providing data references to management.
7. Conduct irregular inventory audits of company assets and stock, and perform impairment tests on inventory when necessary.
8. Collaborate with accounting personnel to reconcile financial transactions and non-trade interactions with affiliated companies, ensuring clear accounts and accurate report data within the group.
9. Collaborate with sales or purchasing personnel in business activities, such as providing product cost breakdown data analysis to customers or offering data support on price trends for raw material procurement.
任职要求/Job Requirements:
1. Above Bachelor degree with accounting or finance background (Master degree is preferred).
2. Intermediate professional qualification in accounting.
3. More than ten years experiences in manufacturing enterprise, including more than five years in financial control or analysis positions in a factory.
4. Be proficient with ERP system and MS office. (Experience in SAP Business one is preferred).
5. Be familiar with accounting principle and taxation regulations and put it into daily work.
6. Business English is preferred.
7. Good career principle, good communication and team spirit.
