Responsibilities:

1. Industry Experience in eCommerce or Loyalty program
• Apply in - depth knowledge of the eCommerce
  or Loyalty program. Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and
  emerging technologies in these sectors.
• Analyze business opportunities and risks specific to eCommerce
  or Loyalty program domains, and develop strategies to address them.
• Provide industry - specific expertise during pre - sales
  discussions, client meetings, and internal strategy sessions.
2. Logical Thinking and Analysis
• Use logical and structured approaches to analyze complex
  business problems. Break down problems into manageable components,
  identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise
  manner, using data and evidence to support arguments
3. Marketing Experience
• Leverage marketing experience to understand market dynamics,
  customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
• Provide insights on market trends and customer needs to help
  shape business strategies and product features.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns by providing data - driven
  analysis and recommendations for targeting and messaging
4. English Communication
• Communicate effectively in English with international clients,
  partners, and internal teams. This includes writing professional emails,
  participating in English - language meetings, and presenting in English
  when required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on pre - sales activities.
3. At least 5+ years of experience in the marketing field.
4. Experience in either eCommerce or Loyalty program domain is highly desirable.
5. Excellent logical thinking and problem - solving skills.
6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a plus.
