Job description
We are looking for a Group Manager / Associate Director with 14+ years of experience and above, having experience on handling large data sets via SQL/Pyton and visualization via Tableau. The individual will provide Thought-Leadership in Analytics Engagements; handle multiple projects simultaneously, provide an understanding of business applications of data analysis/ modeling and take a consultative approach for the clients.
Individual contributor with strong experience in in delivering multiple projects from start to end. Understand the business requirement and ensure seamless delivery of Analytical Data Modelling activities as per standards.
As a Sr. Manager, Global Analytic on our team, you will:
● Lead data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic projects across Central Operations
● Lead cross-functional teams in specific initiatives; recognizes dependencies between teams; drive and clarify ownership of those dependencies.
● Understand the business, track operational performance, provide insights and recommendations.
● Support company-wide programs through ownership of analytical projects
● Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Global Operations teams and cross-functional partners (sales leadership, finance, sales operations, systems) to achieve objectives.
● Build dashboards and automated reports, working proficiently with data visualization and querying/analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL)
● Own data tables, and work with stakeholders to ensure available data is accurate, consistent, and timely.
● Own technical implementations and documentation associated with datasets and strive for 100% accuracy.

● More than 14+ years of overall Business experience and 6+ years in SQL / Python & Visualization tools, 5+ years in Modelling / statistics
● Project management experience in terms of handling multiple projects simultaneously owning deliverables and financials
● Identifying and defining KPIs to track results, performance of campaigns, etc.
● 8 + years' experience in analytics or data consulting role
● 10 + years of successful team lead or management experience
Essential skills
• Bachelor or post graduate qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics preferred
• Provide service excellence by driving value through effective partnering with the Customer Assist business to deliver on Modelling and Dashboard requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, proficient English Writing & Verbal communication skills is mandatory.
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
• Ability to challenge team members and be challenged to achieve team goals.
• Ability to work across NAMER, EMEAL, or APAC time zones.
• Strong business acumen, organization, and customer service skills
• Flexible to work extended schedules during the month and quarter end cycles.
