DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
 - Act with resiliency in the relentless hunt for new export sales opportunities of soy proteins as food ingredients.
 
- Generate profitable sales by selling solutions that meet the customer's needs
 
- Prepare, present and own the bottom-up sales planning process for assigned Accounts
 
- Build effective proposals, based on customer needs, insights and the customer's decision criteria
 
- Build strategic relationships with decision makers in assigned accounts
 
- Gain 'commitment to buy' from customers
 
- Take accountability for delivering against sales targets
- QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
 
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above functions
 
- Interest in B2B export sales
 
- Fluent English
 
- Ability to work towards long-term goals
 
- Well organized, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
 
- Have a positive attitude to work and be happy to work individually and as part of a team
