Responsibility:

1. Under general supervision, creates, updates, and maintains SAP sales orders for Product Service Line (PSL) Service Coordinator.

2. Focuses on minimizing sales order day sales outstanding.

3. Support the Service Coordinators through specific processing of order tocash, plant maintenance and procurement data entry.

4. Responsible for daily inventory commitment and reconciliation.

5. Troubleshoots & resolves SAP order to cash issues.

6. Work with resource planners in maintaining accuracy of scheduling board and the dispatching of jobs in SAP.

7. Work with resource planners, plant maintenance, and accounting teams to resolve scheduling issues.

8. Fully understand revenue recognition and other AR related policy.

9. Understand output VAT related local regulations.

10. Post required accounting journey in system.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in accounting or related field.

2. CET-6. Excellent English skills in writing, reading and speaking.

3. Outstanding Graduate from university is welcome, accounting experience will be plus.

4. Good communication skills.

5. Open to overseas job opportunities.

10. 在系统中进行会计凭证录入。
