Core responsibilities：
Master Planning & Supply-Demand Balancing
- Develop and maintain a rolling Master Production Schedule based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and capacity constraints.
- Conduct ongoing supply-demand analysis to identify and resolve gaps in capacity, materials, or timing, and propose actionable solutions.
- Actively participate in monthly S&OP meetings, present supply plans, and align with sales, operation.
Production Work Order & Delivery Management
- Create, release, and manage production work orders in the ERP/QAD system according to the Master Production Schedule.
- Monitor the execution progress of production orders, closely communicate with manufacturing units to ensure adherence to the plan, and prioritize urgent orders.
- Oversee order fulfillment, proactively manage exceptions in delivery, and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
Inventory Optimization & Control
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, and adjust parameters such as safety stock and reorder points.
- Regularly analyze inventory structure, identify slow-moving and obsolete materials, and drive actions to improve inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to develop and execute inventory control and improvement plans.
Performance Driving & Process Improvement
- Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, and Days of Inventory, and drive continuous improvement.
- Continuously improve master planning processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance planning accuracy and responsiveness.
Qualification Requirements：
* Typical Education Level：
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills：
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex supply chain issues.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
- Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
