Core responsibilities/主要工作职责：
- 1. Support the sales team with pre-sales and after-sales technical support for fluid transfer tubes and Single-use system (SUS), including customer demand alignment, product selection, SUS design, solution adaptation, on-site consultation and troubleshooting; proactively collect customer related products application scenarios, feedback and potential needs, share with the internal team to support sales conversion and product optimization.
- 1. 配合销售团队开展售前管路、一次性系统技术支持，包括客户需求对接、管路产品选型、SUS设计、现场技术答疑及故障排查；主动收集客户端相关产品应用场景、使用反馈及潜在需求，同步至内部团队，为销售转化及产品优化提供支撑。
- 2. Conduct internal and external tube and SUS product training, covering features, specs, applicable scenarios and installation key points; organize regular Q&A to enhance the sales team’s professional knowledge and enable efficient customer communication.
- 2. 负责内外部的管路、一次性系统产品知识培训，涵盖产品特性、技术参数、适用场景、安装要点等内容，定期组织答疑交流，提升销售团队对管路产品的专业认知，助力高效对接客户。
- 3. Organize and maintain various tube & SUS technical documents (product selection manuals, installation guides, parameter sheets, etc.), ensuring accuracy and practicality; deliver documents to customers with sales as needed to support customer usage and project progress.
- 3. 整理及维护各类相关产品技术文件，包括产品选型手册、安装指南、技术参数表等，确保文件准确性与实用性；按需配合销售向客户交付技术文件，为客户使用及项目推进提供依据。
