Job Responsibilities:
1. Manufacturing Data Platform & Backend Service Development
• Design, develop, and maintain core data backend services for manufacturing scenarios, focusing on data domains such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Equipment IoT, Quality Management, and Supply Chain.
• Build efficient and reliable data integration pipelines using tools like Apache NiFi to enable real-time ingestion and processing of production line sensor data, equipment status data, process parameters, and quality inspection data.
• Develop stable and high-performance data APIs and services to provide reliable data access capabilities for stakeholders (e.g., data analysts, product managers, business systems).
2. Manufacturing Data Architecture Design & Evolution
• Participate in planning and designing enterprise-level data architecture tailored to manufacturing characteristics. Build the data foundation for factory digital twins based on platforms like Microsoft Fabric's OneLake data lakehouse or the Snowflake cloud data warehouse.
• Possess a foundational understanding of manufacturing business logic (e.g., takt time, OEE, defect rate analysis) and translate it into logical, efficient data models and architectural solutions.
• Establish development standards and governance strategies aligned with manufacturing data characteristics (e.g., time-series data, high-frequency data, unstructured data).
3. Infrastructure & Platform Development
• Build automated, platform-based data development and operation toolchains to empower business and factory personnel, lowering the barrier to data usage.
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery solutions for data systems.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with IT/BA teams, production management, quality departments, and business teams to deeply understand specific manufacturing requirements and provide end-to-end data solutions.
• Be responsible for writing technical documentation and sharing knowledge to promote a data-driven culture within the manufacturing domain.
Job Requirements:
Education background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Working experience: 5+ years of experience in data or backend development.
Professional Skill:
Solid Programming Foundation:
Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Java, Scala, Python, or Go.
Profound Data Technology Stack Experience:
Proficient in at least one mainstream big data processing framework, such as Spark or Flink.
Extensive SQL experience and familiarity with at least one OLAP database or data warehouse.
Hands-on experience in building data pipelines using Apache NiFi or similar tools.
Familiar with message queues (e.g., Kafka, Pulsar) and at least one distributed storage system (e.g., HDFS, S3).
System Design & Architecture Skills:
Possess knowledge of distributed system theory and the ability to design highly available, scalable systems.
Language Skill: Chinese；English
