Core responsibilities：
- Design and Improvement of mold structure and IM process.
- Process/Molds Tech document management
- Lead optimization of injection mold during PV to SOP phase.
- Budgeting of Capex.
- Quotation for new product.
- Consider fully EHS risk when build new process, change process or purchase.
- New equipment/facilities in process.
- In time report C+1(or weekly update) to process supervisor.
Qualification Requirements：
- Typical Education Level ：BS or Master with major in polymer or mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant experience, knowledge and skills ：
- 3 years’ work experience in injection area, familiar with APQP process in automotive industry, with priority given to those engaged in related work.
- Familiar with die structuring and designing software.( e.g. ZWCAD, Solidworks etc. ) Knowledge of Standard of Auto industry like 5 tools would be a plus.
