Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead product design team, which possesses the highest degree of filter design knowledge in the business. The group is responsible for developing filters for biopharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostic, printing, semiconductor and general industrial applications.
2) Work together with other function teams in a timely, consistent and high quality manner.
3) Techinical support for the production and marketing sales as for business continue growth.
4) Continuously improve the team's performance while exceeding customer expectations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1) Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in polymer or mechanical-related fields.
2) Excellent English proficiency in both spoken and written expression.
3) More than 5 years of experience in filter product design and development.
4) Proficiency in engineering technologies for membrane filter product design and manufacturing.
5) Knowledge of the application of filter products in the semiconductor or biopharmaceutical industry.
6) Excellent personnel management, technology implementation and project management capabilities.
7) Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
8) Familiar with the ISO13485 quality system and production specifications for filter products in cleanroom environments.
