职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct promotion and sales activities with designated customers through regular sales calls/visits
  2. Propose and negotiate VA/VE to improve profitability of business in coordination with project team
  3. Promote Added Value Product to customers
  4. Participate with Marketing to innovation initiatives
  5. Familiarize with the customer organization so as to identify key decision makers
  6. Coordinate with Sales and other relevant departments for preparation of the RFQ, define pricing according to company procedures, conduct sales negotiations
  7. Proposes customer strategy to company
  8. Liaise with sales representative to ensure coherence in management of global account
  9. Support in the product design and development by being an active APQP member
  10. Assist company department teams (quality, production, logistics,…) to ensure customers ‘satisfaction
  11. Market intelligence activities: support marketing to collect data on customers and market


Job Requirements:

  1. Education:Bachelor degree in any field, engineering is an advantage
  2. Language: English proficiency : ability to conduct negotiations in English
  3. Professional Skills: MS Office
  4. Work experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales. If possible at an international automotive supplier
  5. Others to be specified:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
