Job Responsibilities:
1.Analyze and solve the technical problems of the production line.
2.Training the new technician and the operator.
3.Supervise assembly operations to achieve production target.
4.Establish and maintain production planning and control.
5.Cooperate Maintain machines, equipment and tools.
6.Ensure that QA procedures and standards are followed.
7.Improves continuously manufacturing performance and minimize lead time.

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree and major in mechanical, electrical or electrical-mechanical.
2.Fluent English.
3.Minimum 3 years related position in manufacture industry, especially in 4.continuous automatic assembly line.
5.Knowledge on production line control, and especially familiar with the production process of high temperature furnace is preferred.
6.Knowledge on problem solving skills, be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA is preferred.
7.Understand quickly and impact new knowledge/process;
