Job Requirement：

1.Strict adherence to SHE guidelines and practice

6.Constantly focus on new way to achieve innovative solutions. Anticipate future trends and has options in mind to enable quick actions. Translate complex data into clear objectives and establish practical action plan

Skills and experiences required:

1.Education: Master or PhD in organic chemistry/Polymeric chemistry

教育背景：有机化学/高分子化学硕士或博士

2.Experiences: Excellent knowledge in chemical synthesis. Preferable 2-6 years working experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge and experience in textile chemicals and textile application is a plus.

经验：具备丰富的化学合成知识。 最好有2-6年化学或制药行业工作经验具备纺织化学品和纺织品应用方面的知识和经验者优先

3.Know-how/skills知识/技能:

1)Mandarin and English (fluently spoken and written)

普通话和英语（流利的口语和写作);

2)Good knowledge in most common computer/chemistry software application like Microsoft Office, Chemdraw, Scifinder/Reaxys 熟悉最常见的计算机/化学软件应用程序，如Microsoft Office Chemdraw、Scifinder/Reaxys;

3)Communication & Presentation Skills沟通与表达技巧
