工作职责 / Job Responsibilities
• Propose and develop technical innovations and optimizations for use in platforms, project or research projects
o 提出并开发用于平台、项目或研究项目的技术创新和优化方案
• Work closely with global project and function owners on innovation solution discussion and alignment.
o 与全球项目和功能负责人密切合作，进行创新解决方案的讨论和对齐。
• Cross domain collaboration and cooperate with cross domain and other teams such as project team, function team, test team to confirm relevant technology matching.
o 跨领域协作，与项目团队、功能团队、测试团队等其他团队合作，确认相关技术匹配。
• Perform interface and functional test to ensure SW quality.
o 执行接口和功能测试，确保软件质量。
• Create release note and distribute SW to related stakeholders.
o 编写发布说明并向相关方分发软件。
• Domestic and international business travel for on-site support and exchange with team in other locations.
o 国内外出差，提供现场支持并与其他地区的团队进行交流。 任职资格 / Qualifications
• Master degree in computer science, application performance, information technology, electronic engineering or similar
o 计算机科学、应用性能、信息技术、电子工程或相关专业的硕士学历
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a comparable position desired
o 具备3年以上相关岗位工作经验者优先
• Enthusiastic to connectivity frontend products and solutions (iOS SDK, Android SDK)
o 对互联前端产品和解决方案（iOS SDK, Android SDK）有热情
• Solid understanding of common programming tools and paradigms, such as version control, use of frameworks, and common design patterns
o 扎实理解常用编程工具和范式，如版本控制、框架使用和常见设计模式
• Proficiency with Android and iOS development related tools
o 熟练使用Android和iOS开发相关工具
• Excellent knowledge of the java programming language
o 精通Java编程语言
• Familiarity with mobile application and hardware
o 熟悉移动应用和硬件
• Comfortable working as part of a cross-functional team and with code written by others, including bug fixing, and refactoring legacy code
o 能够胜任跨职能团队工作，并能处理他人编写的代码，包括修复错误和
重构遗留代码
• Have good understanding iOS and Android SDK architecture.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with crossfunctional

• Business language skills in Chinese and English (written and oral) mandator

• Experience with VW group cloud and relevant IT systems will be a plus
