负责BMS（电池管理系统）的硬件在环（HiL）测试方案设计、执行与优化

Design, execute, and
optimize Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test solutions for Battery Management
Systems (BMS).

深度参与充电功能测试，精通国标GB/T
27930-2015及后续版本协议

Lead charging function
validation with expertise in GB/T 27930-2015+ national standards and protocols.

开发HiL测试用例、自动化脚本及测试报告，确保BMS功能安全符合性

Develop HiL test
cases, automated scripts, and reports to ensure functional safety compliance of
BMS.

搭建和维护HiL测试环境（如dSPACE/NI/Vector平台）

Set up and maintain
HiL test benches (e.g., dSPACE/NI/Vector).

与BMS软件、硬件团队协作分析测试缺陷，推动问题闭环

Collaborate with BMS
software/hardware teams to analyze defects and drive issue resolution.

编制测试规范、技术文档及阶段性汇报材料

Prepare test
specifications, technical documentation, and project progress reports.

Profile/任职要求

必备：熟悉BMS充电功能开发或测试，至少1年GB/T 27930-2015+国标协议实操经验

Mandatory: Hands-on
experience in BMS charging function development/testing with 1+ year of proven
expertise in GB/T 27930-2015+ protocols.

精通HiL测试方法论及工具链（如ControlDesk, VeriStand, CANoe/CANalyzer）

Proficient in HiL
testing methodologies and tools (e.g., dSPACE ControlDesk, NI VeriStand, Vector
CANoe/CANalyzer).

熟悉BMS架构、功能逻辑及故障诊断策略（如过压/过温保护）

Knowledge of BMS architecture,
functional logic, and diagnostic strategies (e.g., over-voltage/temperature
protection).

具备Python/CAPL自动化脚本开发能力者优先

Experience in test
automation (Python/CAPL scripting) is highly preferred.

本科及以上学历，车辆工程、电气自动化、计算机相关专业

Bachelor’s degree or
above in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or
related fields.

良好的英语读写能力（技术文档编写），中文沟通流畅

Fluent in Chinese;
proficient in English for technical documentation.
