主导高压电池系统集成工作，包括电池-车辆接口设计、验证及与车辆级需求的对齐。

Lead HV
Battery system integration, including battery-vehicle interface design,
validation, and alignment with vehicle-level requirements.

开发并优化高压电池系统概念（涵盖电池模组、电池管理系统（BMS）、接线盒（JB）、冷却及机械子系统），确保满足性能、成本及可靠性目标。

Develop and
refine system concepts for HV Battery systems (encompassing Cell, Module,
Battery Management System (BMS), Junction Box (JB), cooling, and mechanical
subsystems) to meet performance, cost, and reliability targets.

对供应商需求（如组件规格、测试协议）进行技术评审，确保符合高压电池系统标准。

Conduct
technical reviews of supplier requirements (e.g., component specifications,
testing protocols) to ensure compliance with HV Battery system standards.

准备并交付汇报材料、跟踪清单及进度报告，对接内部相关方（研发、采购、质量）及外部合作伙伴。

Prepare and
deliver presentations, tracking lists, and progress reports for internal
stakeholders (R&D, procurement, quality) and external partners.

与跨职能团队协作解决集成问题（如电气兼容性、热管理），推动项目按时交付。

Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues (e.g., electrical
compatibility, thermal management) and drive on-time project delivery.

协助完成高压电池系统开发相关的行政工作（如文档管理、会议协调）。

Assist with
administrative tasks related to HV Battery system development (e.g.,
documentation management, meeting coordination).

Profile/任职要求

The Engineer
has the following professional background:

1. 具备EV/PHEV高压电池系统结构（模组/BMS）的扎实技术基础。

Solid technical foundation in HV Battery system structure
(Cell/Module/BMS) and EV/PHEV applications.

2. 了解汽车电动车辆（EV）架构（如动力总成、充电、车辆控制）及电池-车辆接口要求。

Understanding of automotive EV architecture (e.g., powertrain,
charging, vehicle controls) and battery-vehicle interface requirements.

3. 精通汽车电子技术（CAN总线、实时监控（RTM）、车辆诊断系统）。

Proficiency in automotive electronics (CAN bus, real-time
monitoring (RTM), vehicle diagnostic systems).

4. 熟悉电池管理系统（BMS）及电池技术（如锂离子电池、模组封装、SOC估算）。

Knowledge of BMS and battery technologies (e.g., lithium-ion cells,
module packaging, state-of-charge (SOC) estimation).

5. 工作积极主动、灵活性强，能在快节奏、高压力环境下优先处理任务。

Highly motivated, flexible, and able to prioritize tasks in a
fast-paced, pressure-driven environment.

6. 优秀的英语沟通能力（书面+口头），可参与全球团队协作；流利的中文沟通能力（书面+口头），能有效进行跨部门协调。

Excellent English communication skills (written/verbal) for global
collaboration; fluent Chinese (written/verbal) for cross-departmental
coordination.

7. 具备德语能力者优先（熟练者更佳）。

Proficiency in German is a valuable asset.
