Key Responsibilities：
1. Develop and Lead the sourcing team and define sourcing strategies, optimize process in support of business growth, continuously developing and introducing new qualified factories for key categories to make the offer more competitive.
2. Daily review with sourcing team with business partners on products sourcing and pricing.
3. Commercial terms negotiation with new suppliers and review with existing suppliers.
4. Maintain and improve supplier management system for supplier performance, quality and costing.
5. Product quality management with QA and suppliers.
Skillset Requirements:
1. Merchandising/Procurement/Supply Chain Experience.
2. English Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
3. Prior sourcing experience in seasonal gadgets, horticultural products, and food packaging materials is highly preferred.
