职位描述

Scope of Job（工作范畴）：

Complete the mechanical design of the retrofit project, skillfully use the software to create 2D/3D drawings and BOMs, and complete the assembly design of non-standard structures.
完成改造项目的机械设计，熟练运用2D/3D绘图软件和物料清单的创建，完成非标结构的装配设计。
Be able to travel to visit customers at any time and execute retrofit projects independently.
能够随时出差拜访客户并独立执行改造项目。

Main responsibilities （主要职责）:

 Have a certain understanding and practice of packaging machinery / conveyor equipment / Robots and Palletizer
对包装机械/输送设备/机器人和码垛机有一定的了解和实践
 Skilled use of AutoCAD (2D model) and SolidWorks/Inventor (3D model) to complete mechanical assembly design
熟练使用AutoCAD (2D模型)和SolidWorks/Inventor (3D模型)完成机械装配设计
 Familiar with the electrical & pneumatic control, quickly grasp the structure and function of the machine
熟悉电路及气动控制，能快速掌握了解机器的结构及功能
 Familiar with how to create material and bom in Material production system (Such as ERP/SAP)
熟悉如何在物料生产系统中创建物料信息和清单 (如ERP/SAP)
 Site mapping, technical communication with customer, analyze customer technical specifications, create the project schedule, track the project progress
现场绘图，与客户进行技术沟通，分析客户技术规范，制定项目进度计划，跟踪项目进度
 Perform design review to ensure product meets external, internal and customer standards and requirements
执行设计评审，确保产品符合外部、内部和客户的标准和要求
 Ensure that the designed structure is producible and participate in the assembly and commissioning of the machine
确保设计结构是可生产的，并参与机器的组装和调试
 Travel as required for supporting to the customer
根据需要出差支持客户
 Performing time and task management to ensure efficient work for multi-projects;
执行时间和任务管理，确保多项目高效工作;
 Participate and contribute efforts on teams’ objectives.
参与并为团队目标做出贡献。

Your Competences

- Bachelor or Master Degree, majored in mechanical design and manufacture or mechanical- electrical.
本科或研究生学位, 专业为机械设计和制造或机电一体化
- Advanced skills in 2D / 3D drawings, preferred in Solidworks/SolidEdge and AutoCAD Inventor
精通2D/3D绘图软件，熟练使用Solidworks/SolidEdge 和 AutoCAD Inventor优先
- Committed to research & development and innovation direction, independent completion of machine design
致力于研发和创新方向，独立完成机器的设计
- At least 3 years mechanical design working experience.
至少三年以上的实际机械设计经验
- Working experience in multinational company will be a plus.
有跨国工作经验者优先考虑
- Strong team spirit, able to work independently and self-motivated.
有较强的团队合作精神，能独立工作，自驱力强
- English level passed CET-4, Fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Microsoft software applications.
英语至少CET-4以上, 流利的英文书写和口语能力，以及较强的微软办公软件的相关应用
