POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述
Implement production plan, comply with process discipline, and maintain
normal production order.
执行生产作业计划，遵守工艺纪律，维护班组正常的生产秩序。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：
1.According to the requirements of the
production plan, the implementation of product quality standard, steering the
team in performing operation standard;
按生产计划要求，执行产品质量标准，督导本组人员执行作业标准；
2.Be familiar with tooling usage, to avoid man-made mold damage;
熟悉模具使用状况，杜绝人为造成的模具损坏；发现异常及时解决并上报相关人员；
3.Complete the KPI target to meet the Molding Shop requirement;
完成部门相关KPI目标；
4.Familiar with host equipment and auxiliary equipment, timely find abnormal and report to related person;
熟练操作主机设备及周边辅助设备，能及时发现异常并上报相关人员解决；
5. The reasonable arrangement of operation personnel and strictly enforce the “head-count” standards, formulate “comprehensive operator” training plan and implement;
合理安排作业人员，严格定员标准，制订培训“多能工”计划并执行；
6.Wipe-out to all kinds of waste, comply with the implementation of "5 s" requirements;
绝各种浪费，遵守执行“5S”作业要求；
7. Undertake any other task assigned by the superior.
完成上级领导交付的其他工作任务。
QUALIFICATIONS岗位基本要求
1.Technical secondary school or above, major in mechanical or electronic;
中专及以上学历，机械或电子专业；
2. More than 3 years’ work experience in injection molding industry shift leader;
3年以上注塑行业（汽车零部件行业）领班工作经验；
3. Self-motivated.
