POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述

Assist Equipment Engineer to maintain all assembly shop’s equipment and other relevant work, ensure all of equipment normal running.

协助设备工程师完成装配车间生产设备的维护保养及相关工作，确保设备设施正常运行。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：

1.To maintain production equipment of assembly shop according annual maintenance plan;

按照年度保养计划对组装车间设备设施的实施维护、保养；

2. Fill in and update maintenance related documents and forms, including equipment information form, equipment spot inspection form, maintenance record form, equipment record form and etc.;

负责填写及更新设备履历表、设备点检表、维修记录表、设备台账等文件；

3. Assist to manage spare parts of equipment, including make detail list, manage spare parts store, record use list, apply for purchasing requisition and etc.;

协助生产设备备品备件的管理，包括清单建立、库房管理、账目管理、采购申请等；

4.Assist to manage maintain tools, including make detail list and use record,maintenance and retirement management and apply for purchasing requisition;

维修工具的管理，包括清单建立、账目管理、使用管理，维修及报废管理，采购申请等；

5.Responsible for emergency maintenance for abnormal production equipment;

生产设施设备异常紧急处理；

6.Ensure the intact and effectively of security device of production equipment, and in charge of ensuring the security in process of equipment maintenance;

保障生产设备安全装置的完好有效，并负责确保设备维修中的安全；

7.Other jobs assigned by superior.

完成其他领导交办的工作。

QUALIFICATIONS岗位基本要求

1.College degree or above, major in machinery or mechatronics is preferred;

专科及以上学历，机械制造或机电一体化专业最佳；

2.Min.3 years maintenance working experience for production equipment in factory;

具有3年以上生产设施设备维护及维修工作经验；

3.Basic computer using skill, can use OFFICE software;

具有一定的电脑操作基础，操作Office办公软件；

4.Hard work spirit, can adapt shift work;

吃苦耐劳，能够适应倒班工作；

5.Possess special operation certificate (like electrician certificate etc.).

具有特种作业资格证（电工证）。
