岗位职责：

In charge of molding tooling repair and maintenance in the molding shop, fill in the tooling maintenance form.

负责注塑车间的模具维修与保养工作。填写好《模具维修保养单》；

Fully cooperate with product development department about the tooling ECN.

配合产品研发部门关于模具的ECN；

Conduct outsourcing vendor tooling maintenance and verify the maintenance quality.

指导外协厂商对模具的维修，并验证维修质量；

On the basis of the production order to fulfill the tooling loading and unloading including adjust tooling movement, ensure control signal. If find there is something wrong with the normal movement reporting in time.

根据派工单完成上下模，调试模具动作，确认控制信号。模具动作有异常，及时汇报维修人员；

Achieve test mold and trial production according the production order, and undertake loading and unloading tooling in the process of production;

根据派工单完成试模试生产及正常生产模具的上下模。

In charge of the tooling repair area 5S and working content associate.

上下模具区域的5S,并进行上下班交接。

Undertake any other task assigned by the superior.

完成上级领导交付的其他工作任务。

任职要求：

Technical secondary school or above, major in mechanical manufacturing or mold specialty

中专以上学历，机械制造或模具专业；

3 years working experience in injection molding industry (Auto parts industry).

3年以上注塑、模具行业（汽车零部件行业）工作经验；

Possess the qualification for operate the overhead travelling crane;

具备天车操作资格；

Know automotive supply chain quality management methods and ISO/TS 16949 system standard

了解汽车供应链质量管理方法、ISO/TS 16949体系标准;
