主要岗位职责 Key duties：

1、接到客户的电话或邮件，回复客户，并提供属具选型、报价；

Reply and recommend suitable attachment and prepare quotation for customer when getting call or e-mail from customers;

2、与技术部确认非标属具的选型报价；

contact TD in Xiamen or KAUP Germany for quotation of special attachment;

3、促进属具销售，为订单协调公司内部流程；

Promote sales,communicate internal process for order;

4、进行有效的客户沟通和管理，建立并维护同客户的良好合作关系；

Manage and communicate with customer effectively, set up and maintain good relationship with customers;

5、及时反馈售后服务信息给售后部并协调相关事宜；

Feedback AS information to AS departmnet,and cooperate with AS department;

6、如果客户需要，为客户进行属具方面的的培训；

Make training of attachment for customers if customers need;

7、完成上级交办的其他任务。

Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor.

岗位要求 Requirements：

1、机械工程或相关专业，具备基本的机械和液压知识；

majored in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, Have basic knowledge of machinery and hydraulics;

2、2年以上机械行业工作经验或者1年以上叉车行业工作经验；

More than 2 years experience in mechanical industry, or more than 1 year experience in FLT industry;

3、工作积极热情，责任心强；

Enthusiasm, strong sense of responsibility;

4、具有良好的沟通、协调能力，良好的团队合作精神；

Good communication & coordination skill, team player ;

5、积极主动、性格开朗、讲求效率、乐于接受挑战。

Active, open-minded, efficiency and willing to take challenge.
