本公司系家注册国内的提供集装罐液体化工品物流服务的在华德资企业。业务分为国际外贸集装罐货运物流和国内内贸物流两块。我司承接专业集装罐液体危化品一站式物流服务，服务对象包括国内、国际各大化工企业生产单位在国内的液体化工原料从集装罐租赁、包装运输、装卸段技术支持和产品交付。

本次招聘仅限国内内贸物流的销售或销售助理岗位。


职责描述：

Main Responsibilities 主要职责：
• Develop HOYER South China market share for chemical & bulk liquid transport and logistic with the target to defined Sales budget.
以销售预算为目标，开发HOYER华南地区化学品和散装液体运输及物流市场份额
• Sell and promote HOYER China all business units (and not limited to):
Chemical ISOtanks Deepsea for export and import 、Flexitanks & Food grade ISOtanks, IBC domestic market, Domestic transport for Gaz
销售和推广HOYER中国的所有业务单元（不限于）：
进出口化学品集装箱、液袋和食品级集装箱、IBC 国内市场、国内气体运输
• Keep close contact with potential customer and follow their potential project.
开发潜在客户保持有效沟通，维持良好合作关系，深度发掘有效的潜在需求
• Collect market information and competitor’s movement.
收集市场与竞争对手信息，把握行业动态
• Act as coordinator between operation department and customer in case there is any service failure.
协调客户与操作部门的沟通中的问题

Daily Job日常工作：
• Collect market information, find and follow potential business.
了解市场信息，挖掘有效需求，跟踪项目进度
• Collect detail information of each new business development; study the strength and weakness in each case respectively. Establish and implement the action plan, design and offer the solution proposal to the customers.
了解各项目的具体进展，分析我司在项目中的优劣势，确定下一步的行动计划，制定项目解决方案
• Visit customer and get their feedback on our performance. Coordinating with operation department to improve our performance in case of any problem.
拜访客户，了解客户对我司目前工作的反馈，协助操作部门解决运作中存在的实际问题
• Follow potential project, prepare proposal and quotation to customer.
跟踪项目，提供物流解决方案和报价
• Other jobs assigned by sales manager
准备部门领导安排的其他工作事项

英文流利
• At least minimum of 3 years in Logistic & Freight Forwarding Sales
3年以上物流及货运代理销售
• Chemical logistics experience is a plus
有化工物流经验者优先

Knowledge知识
• Familiar with domestic chemical logistic market.
熟悉化工物流市场，对化工物流的有自己独立的见解和深刻认识
• Wide scope of knowledge, understand the whole economic situation.
知识面广，了解整体政策和市场环境

Experience 经验
• College degree or above, with education background on chemical or logistic
化工或物流教育背景，本科以上学历。
• At least 3 years working experience on logistic field, more than 2 years working experience on chemical logistic field。
3年以上物流工作经验，至少2年以上化工物流经验

薪资：10K-15K,13薪
福利：五险一金，年度体检、双休、15天年假，12天病假
