职位描述
岗位职责:
(一)财务板块
1. 负责与银行的对接,办理现金及银行结算业务,编制月度银行余额调节表;2. 开具增值税发票,妥善保管现金、支票、发票及收据;
3. 编制应收账款报表,跟进款项催收,完成核销工作;
4. 做好账簿登记,确保日清月结,按时提交财务报表;
5. 协助财务主管处理日常事务,确保财务流程顺畅;
6. 定期向总部财务部汇报财务数据及工作进展。
(二)人事板块
1. 协助制定招聘计划,汇总岗位需求,执行招聘任务;
2. 发布招聘信息,筛选简历,安排面试,维护招聘渠道;
3. 办理员工入职、离职手续,协助组织新员工培训;
4. 维护员工档案,确保信息准确无误;
5. 协助处理日常行政事务,支持团队工作;
6. 定期向总部人事部门汇报招聘进展及人事相关工作。
(三)行政板块
1. 负责分公司的日常行政事务,包括办公用品采购、设备维护等;
2. 协调分公司内部资源,确保办公环境高效运转;
3. 协助组织公司活动及会议,做好后勤保障工作。
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,财务、会计、人力资源或相关专业优先;
2. 财务方面:半年以上出纳或会计经验,有货代会计经验者优先;
3. 人事方面:有招聘或人事相关工作经验者优先;
4. 熟练使用Office及财务软件(如用友、金蝶等);
5. 具备良好的沟通能力、学习能力和团队协作精神;
6. 工作细致认真,责任心强,能适应多任务处理;
7. 有初级会计证或英语四级证书者优先;
8. 能够融入公司文化,具备团队协作能力,有经验者优先考虑。

Finance & HR Officer (Shenzhen)
Job responsibilities:

Finance Duties:
1. Liaise with banks, handle cash and bank settlements, and prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports
2. Issue VAT invoices and safeguard cash, checks,invoices, and receipts
3. Prepare accounts receivable reports, follow up on payment collection, and complete payment verification
4. Maintain daily and monthly bookkeeping, ensuring timely submission of financial reports
5. Assist the finance supervisor with daily tasks to ensure smooth financial operations
6. Regularly report financial data and progress to the
headquarters finance department.

HR Duties:
1. Assist in developing recruitment plans, summarizing staffing needs, and executing recruitment tasks
2. Post job advertisements, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and maintain recruitment channels
3. Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and assist in organizing new employee training
4. Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy
5. Assist with daily administrative tasks and support team operations;
6. Regularly report recruitment progress and HR-related tasks to the headquarters HR department.

Administrative Duties:
1. Handle daily administrative tasks for the branch office, including office supplies procurement and equipment maintenance
2. Coordinate internal resources to ensure efficient office operations
3. Assist in organizing company events and meetings,providing logistical support.

Job Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance,accounting, human resources, or related fields
2. Finance: At least 6 months of cashier or accounting experience, with freight forwarding accounting experience preferred
3. HR: Prior experience in recruitment or HR-related work is preferred;
4. Proficient in Office and financial software (e.g.,U8, Kingdee);
5. Strong communication, learning, and teamwork skills;
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of multitasking;
7. Possession of a junior accounting certificate or CET-4 is preferred;
8. Ability to integrate into company culture and work collaboratively; prior experience is a plus.
