职位描述
Main tasks & key responsibilities
1. Well knowledge about converter and its control logic. Complete commissioning on site independently.
2. Determine causes of operating errors and provide maintenance troubleshooting and problem solving in a timely and efficient manner, empowering customer satisfaction.
3. Provide written service & expense reports to the Service Manager on all activities carried out on site and complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
4. Build customer relationship in a professional manner through solution-oriented communications and service, providing both on-site and telephone support.
5. Coordinate with engineering, project management, spare parts and management groups to resolve escalated problems.
6. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures at all times. Develop and maintain safe habits and practices with regard to safety requirements on site and report any breaches or concerns on health and safety matters to the Service Manager.
7. Assist the parts department with recommended spare parts to existing and new customers
8. Contribute hitting company's service sales targets
Qualifications
1. Above 5 years' working experience. Engineering degree or equivalent work background required
2. Excellent communication skills for both writing and speaking
3. Proficient in work related English communication
4. Candidates with a high-voltage electrician certification will be given priority
5. Held driver license
6. Proven maintenance hands-on experience on electro-mechanical equipment
7. Worked in a multicultural environment
8. Strong interpersonal skills
