岗位要求

• 专业背景：电子信息或通讯相关专业，本科及以上学历。
• 实战经验：有音视频行业开发经验是加分项，至少三年电子产品硬件开发设计经验，熟悉嵌入式处理器及FPGA硬件电路产品者优先。

技术技能：
• 扎实的数字、模拟电子及电路分析能力；
• 精通ORCAD、Cadence等设计软件；
• 独立完成原理图设计、PCB layout设计规则，熟悉SMT；
• 强大的电路板调试及故障定位分析能力、软硬件联调能力；
• 项目经历：较强的系统分析能力，完整的从立项到生产的项目经验。
• 沟通能力：良好的中英文沟通和书写能力。
• 团队合作：优秀的团队协作精神，细心且责任心强。

岗位职责
1. 负责产品的硬件设计开发、调试及优化。
2. 元器件评估与技术文档编写。
3. 生产测试及维修指导文档的编写与协调。
4. 样机制作、测试优化和技术支持。
5. 参与部门内部培训和技术分享。
