Purpose of the job: The group is actively investing and acquiring new warehouse assets in APAC and Europe. Looking for an asset management lead to manage the assets after acquisition.
Job Responsibilities：
1.End-to-End Asset Operations: Leads the management of overseas warehouse assets; develop objectives and plans to achieve core indicators such as rental income and occupancy rate. Engage with overseas corporate clients on full-warehouse operation requirements, provide customized solutions, and complete business negotiations, contract signing, and post-lease services.
2.Market Research & Strategy: Conduct research on target overseas warehouse markets and prepare analysis reports. Develop differentiated operation strategies based on asset characteristics to enhance the international competitiveness of the assets.
3.Resource Planning & Efficiency: Oversee space planning for overseas full warehouses, aligning customer needs with asset characteristics to allocate areas effectively, maximizing space utilization and returns. Review operational data and propose optimization measures.
4.Cost & Revenue Management: prepare annual budgets, computing costs and estimating returns of overseas warehouse assets, monitor rental payments, resolve fee-related disputes.
