Key Responsibilities

Ÿ Reporting & Closing Assist in monthly/quarterly reporting and ensure accurate closings.

Ÿ GL & Accounts Maintain ledgers, review AP/AR, fixed assets, and reconciliations.

Ÿ Tax & Compliance Prepare tax filings, support audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Ÿ Budgeting & Analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting.

Ÿ Controls & Improvement Ensure internal controls and drive process/system improvements.

Ÿ Team Support Guide junior staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/CPA a plus

• Strong knowledge of regional tax, audit, and accounting standards (Singapore, Malaysia, China).
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience, ideally regional/group exposure

• Solid in accounting, tax, Excel, and ERP (e.g., SAP/NetSuite)

• Detail-minded, well-organized, proactive

• Good communication; able to work independently

• Fluent in English （must）
