Set and enforce group financial policies

Manage budgeting, forecasting & analysis

Ensure compliance with SFRS/MFRS/PRC GAAP

Oversee cash flow, treasury & fundraising

Handle audits, tax, transfer pricing & regulatory updates

Build finance teams & drive business collaboration

Degree in Accounting/Finance + CPA/ACCA/CA

8–10 years experience, incl. 3+ years leadership

Familiar with regional tax & reporting standards

Proficient in ERP (e.g., NetSuite) & Excel

Strong analytical & communication skills

English can be used as a working language.
