Responsibilities:

Ÿ Oversee overall operations, expansion, and team management in
thailand.

Ÿ Provide strategic planning and execution support across departments
(operations, HR, business development).

Ÿ Coordinate with headquarters to align business goals and ensure
smooth implementation.

Ÿ Lead and motivate local teams, ensure store performance and team
efficiency.

Ÿ Represent the company locally and support external partnerships or
government relations when needed.

Requirements:

Ÿ A good university degree.

Ÿ Over 6 years of experience in chain operations management,
coordination, and strategic thinking skills.

Ÿ Experience in chain operations, F&B, FMCG, or related
industries.

Ÿ Fluent in Thai and English.
