Job Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. Full-stack development
全栈开发
1) Implement features using Python (Django/FastAPI preferred) and React (or similar), with unit/integration tests.
使用 Python（优先选择 Django/FastAPI 框架）和 React（或同类框架）实现功能，并编写单元测试 / 集成测试；
2) Create responsive, usable data visualizations for SPC, PAT, environmental monitoring, and KPI tracking.
为统计过程控制（SPC）、过程分析技术（PAT）、环境监测及关键绩效指标（KPI）追踪功能，创建响应式、易用的数据可视化界面。
2. Agentic/LLM workflows
智能体 / 大语言模型工作流
1) Prototype LLM/RAG tools for batch record extraction, LLM-assisted checks, and regulatory intelligence.
开发大语言模型（LLM）/ 检索增强生成（RAG）工具原型，用于批记录提取、大语言模型辅助检查及法规情报相关工作；
2) Build workflow agents with clear prompts/chains and guardrails; log outcomes for review.
构建工作流智能体，配置清晰的提示词 / 提示链及安全约束机制；记录工作结果以备审核。
3. Analytics & applied statistics
分析学与应用统计学
1) Implement SPC charts, control limits, capability indices, anomaly detection, and basic regres- sion/DOE support.
实现统计过程控制（SPC）图表、控制限、过程能力指数、异常检测功能，以及基础回归分析 / 试验设计（DOE）支持；
2) Contribute to yield forecasting and deviation analysis prototypes in collaboration with MSAT/QA/QC.
与MSAT、QA、QC团队协作，参与良率预测及偏差分析原型的开发。
4. Data integration & quality
数据集成与数据质量
1) Consume internal APIs/ETL outputs from LIMS/MES/ERP/QC; validate inputs and enforce data lineage in UI.
对接实验室信息管理系统（LIMS）、制造执行系统（MES）、企业资源计划（ERP）、质量控制（QC）等系统的内部 API 与 ETL 输出数据；在用户界面（UI）中验证输入数据并确保数据血缘可追溯；
2) Handle data mapping, transformations, and schema changes with version control and review.
处理数据映射、数据转换及数据 schema（模式）变更，同时通过版本控制与审核机制保障过程合规。
5. Quality, CSV & documentation
质量、计算机化系统验证与文档管理
1) Adhere to coding standards, write tests, and maintain docs to facilitate non GMP → GMP transitions.
遵循编码标准，编写测试用例，并维护文档资料，为非药品生产质量管理规范（非 GMP）环境向药品生产质量管理规范（GMP）环境的过渡提供支持；
2) Support traceability (requirements → tests), participate in change control and release gates.
保障可追溯性（从需求到测试的全链路追溯），参与变更控制流程及发布准入申核。
6. Collaboration
协作沟通
1) Work closely with QA, QC, Manufacturing Tech Ops, IT Infra, and Regulatory Affairs, Participate in demos and feedback loops.
与QA、QC、Manufacturing Tech Ops、IT Infra及Regulatory Affairs团队紧密合作；参与演示环节与反馈循环；
2) Engage in basic English listening/communication during standups and reviews.
在例会中，具备基础的英语听说能力。
7. Experience with R/Shiny, Plotly/ECharts, or similar charting libraries.
具备 R/Shiny、Plotly/ECharts 或同类图表库的使用经验；
8. Familiarity with GMP contexts and CSV/GAMP 5 concepts.
熟悉药品生产质量管理规范（GMP）相关场景，以及计算机化系统验证（CSV）、良好自动化生产规范第 5 版（GAMP 5）相关概念；
9. Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, auth, and role-based access control.
理解 REST API（表述性状态转移应用程序接口）、JSON（JavaScript 对象表示法）、身份验证（auth）及基于角色的访问控制（role-based access
control）；
10. Experience with MySQL/Postgres and basic SQL for querying and joins.
具备 MySQL/PostgreSQL 数据库使用经验，且能运用基础 SQL（结构化查询语言）进行数据查询与表连接操作；
11. Interest/experience in agentic AI, LLM/RAG, vector databases, and prompt/chain design.
对智能体 AI（agentic AI）、大语言模型 / 检索增强生成（LLM/RAG）、向量数据库（vector databases）及提示词 / 提示链设计（prompt/chain design）有兴趣或相关经验；
12. UX sensibility for clear, accessible dashboards and forms.
具备用户体验（UX）意识，能设计清晰、易用的数据仪表盘（dashboards）与表单（forms）。
Qualification 任职资格：
1. Strong Python proficiency; Some R experience for analytics.
熟练掌握 Python；具备一定 R 语言经验，用于数据分析工作;
2. ReactJS (or similar modern framework) experience; exposure to Django (preferred) or FastAPI.
拥有 ReactJS（或其他同类现代前端框架）使用经验；接触过 Django（优先考虑）或 FastAPI 框架;
3. Ability to write unit/integration tests and use Git/CI basics.
能够编写单元测试 / 集成测试，并掌握 Git 版本控制、CI（持续集成）基础操作;
4. Applied statistics knowledge strongly preferred (SPC, basic regression, anomaly detection).
优先考虑具备应用统计学知识的候选人（如统计过程控制SPC、基础回归分析、异常检测）。
5. BS in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences (with applicable experience) or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). Education should have had some exposure to modern programming stack.
本科及以上学历，专业为信息技术（IT）、计算机科学、信息系统、生命科学（需具备相关实践经验）或相关领域（或具备同等实践经验）。教育经历中需接触过现代编程技术栈。
6. 1–3+ years as a developer/analyst building data or web applications.
1-3 年及以上开发人员 / 分析师经验，需具备数据类或 Web 类应用程序开发能力。
